The sun is making a grand return to the capital, along with the summer heat: summer has arrived. Enough to make everyone want to get out their camera and capture the most beautiful places in the capital, illuminated by this beautiful weather. Only, you don't know where to go anymore. You've walked along Rue Crémieux a thousand times, captured the "I love you" wall from every angle, or taken every selfie possible under the Eiffel Tower. The Scrunchie Team is here for you: we've found new spots for you to explore. The perfect opportunity to wear your most beautiful hair accessories and enrich your Instagram!
THE COUNTRYSIDE IN PARIS
Not far from Porte de Bagnolet station, begin your journey by exploring this calm and peaceful neighborhood. Far from the hustle and bustle of Paris, these small streets have a provincial feel. You'll surely come across a cat watching passersby at its doorstep, a few butterflies skimming among the flowers, buds about to bloom... A world that rediscovers itself as you wander around. No sign of large industrial buildings, buses, or cars: in short, you'll be able to strike a pose.

Take Rue Irénée Blanc to go back down the stairs of Rue du Père Prosper-Enfantin. Take the opportunity to discover the Butterfly Museum… Or continue with us towards Rue Belgrand to arrive at Rue de Bagnolet, on the way to our second location…
THE CHURCH OF SAINT GERMAIN DE CHARONNE
This small church with its grand staircase is delightful. Bordered by the cobblestone sidewalk of Place Saint-Blaise, you enter through this beautiful red door. A little feeling of déjà vu? Indeed, this beautiful parish was the center of attention in Les Tontons Flingueurs, during the wedding scene.
Embark on this stroll under the Sunday sun, wearing a Nicole sun hat as your headdress...

Go back up to the next metro station, towards Saint-Michel.
PLACE DAUPHINE, THE TIP OF THE ILE DE LA CITE
In front of the courthouse, hidden behind the green trees, is our next spot.
Protected from Parisian construction, cobblestone streets, trees, and pétanque courts enliven the area. Cafes line the square and are, for sure, peaceful. A chance to sit back and capture the moments of life unfolding before our eyes.

To explore this beautiful island further, we recommend walking to the tip of the point, towards Square du Vert-Galant, a guaranteed crush!
We're off again, this time to the heart of Parisian life... but don't panic; the promised place is also timeless. Heading for the Grands Boulevards!
THE ROOFTOP OF THE GRAND BOULEVARD HOTEL
At 17 Boulevard Poissonnière, enter this charming little cocoon, take the first right to the elevator and go up to the 4th floor. The cocktail bar is open from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. (we've planned your day until the evening), just enough time to enjoy a late sunset in the beautiful season. As for the cocktail, we fell for the Fortunella, but our wallet also fell for it, so we recommend this place for the photo and the experience!

Prefer to get out of central Paris? We have what you need.
BOATS ON LAKE DAUMESNIL
At the end of metro line 1, in the heart of the Bois de Vincennes, you can rent boats for a few hours. No reservations required, every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., enjoy the beautiful summer sunshine and head out with friends or your loved one. An exclusive nautical adventure for a complete change of scenery.
Remember to bring a waterproof scrunchie in case the boat capsizes (Scrunchie is there everywhere, for you)

A short stroll around this pretty park is a must and, if you feel like it, go and explore among the animals in the zoological park...
THE SAME VERSION AT LAKE BOULOGNE
Accessible via line 9, the RER C or several buses, the Bois de Boulogne park offers you the same activities on the water, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (that way, we can be sure that everyone will have their boat).
Remember that this park is two and a half times bigger than Central Park (which means we really have nothing to envy in the United States), so you'll have plenty to do for a whole day... or even longer! To accompany you and admire this park, one of our Mila headbands will keep your hair out of your sight!

Between the Jardin d'Acclimatation and its menagerie, the Longchamp Racecourse to the south, the Louis Vuitton Foundation, the waterfall and so many other secrets of this wood, you will never stop rediscovering it with each visit.
