PHYSICAL THRIFT STORES

EPISODE

Episode is our favorite , and you're probably already familiar with this store. Located on Rue de Tiquetonne in Paris, this thrift store is full of treasures . The clothes are also relatively well sorted . We rarely leave Episode empty-handed !

Why do we go? The selection, the nice vendors, the music, which is often cool.

THE VINTAGE

Lesser known, The Vintage is THE place to find THE Levi's . Tired of trying on 50 pairs of jeans and feeling like you're somewhere between a whale and a seahorse ? Head to this thrift store. The shop tender is a die-hard Levi's fan . He can predict your size with just one glance at your legs. The leg magician . The butt benefactor , in other words.

The choice of colors is also impressive: there is blue, white, black (to remain a star among the others) but also red, fir green, purple (to become a rainbow ).

We love Levi's 501* : they 'll last for years, withstand your waterfalls , olive oil and dirt stains , are comfortable , retro and give you a butt that rivals Beyoncé's.

*A little extra, we add a scrunchie to the wrist or in the hair.

Why are we going there? You get it, right? For LEVIS! And also to listen to the salesman tell you the story of Levi Strauss with tears in his eyes (when passion fills you...).

LA PETITE FRIPE SHOES

We love this thrift store, discovered on Instagram. One of a kind, it offers a selection of vintage shoes that can't be found anywhere else. Polka-dotted platforms, vinyl shoes, feathered pumps, classic or more original. We don't know where he finds them, but we certainly enjoy them! A gem not to be missed on your thrift store tour.

Why are we going? To buy a pair of pretty vintage pumps to go dancing in (let me danceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee).

MAD VINTAGE

This is a general thrift store , with great selections that change regularly. A great deal for girls who want to discover the pleasure of thrifting without getting overwhelmed !

There are 4 of them in Paris, and they're all worth it . If you're in the Marais, go to the three different Mad Vintage stores to maximize your finds ;)

Why go there? For its great diversity and to rummage around anytime, anywhere!

GUERISSOL

The hard discount of thrift stores . Thrift stores are authorized at the end of the month . You can shop for items between €2 and €30 ! Even if the store's layout isn't exactly dreamy and you have to have a strong stomach (bring your nose clip), if you dig deep , you'll find some gems . We've unearthed incredible trench coats , crazy long skirts ... be careful, your closet may be crying out for help.

Why do we go there? Surely not for the smell, but for the bargains and authenticity. The shopping experience is worth as much as the piece itself, right?
